It is estimated that between 1975 and 1999, more than 38,000 motorcyclists died in single vehicle crashes. However, during the same period of time, more than 255,000 crashes occurred with other vehicles resulting in injures. A motorcyclist is approximately 16 times more likely to die in an accident than a person driving or riding in an automobile. The same motorcyclist is 3 times more likely to be injured than a person in a car. We have handled numerous motorcycle accident cases.
